These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website calareo.com and the educational services offered by Calareo S.R.L. By accessing the site or enrolling in any of our programs, you accept these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

2. Nature of Service
Calareo offers educational training services in trading and investing. Our courses serve an exclusively educational purpose and do not constitute, under any circumstances, financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. Investment decisions you make are your sole responsibility.
3. Usage Requirements
To use our site and services, you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter contracts under Argentine law. When registering, you agree to provide truthful and current information. Calareo reserves the right to verify user identity and reject registrations that do not meet these requirements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the site —including texts, graphics, logos, educational materials, videos, presentations, and software— is the property of Calareo S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution, or total or partial modification is prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Results Disclaimer
Calareo does not guarantee financial results from applying the knowledge acquired in its courses. Trading and investing in financial markets involve significant risks, including the total loss of invested capital. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. Each student is responsible for their own investment decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Argentine law, Calareo shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the site or the application of educational content. This limitation applies even if Calareo was advised of the possibility of such damages. Calareo's total liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the service in question.
7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users may request cancellation of their enrollment within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the right of revocation established in Article 34 of the Consumer Defense Law No. 24,240, provided the course has not started or no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. 8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum that may correspond.
9. Modifications
Calareo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect upon publication on the site. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these terms. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the terms in effect at the time of access.
